Since 2006, Juno has provided our development partners and clients with expert project management, including asset management, renovations, feasability studies and construction and design development oversight. We pride ourselves on our unique understanding of the dynamics of the hospitality industry and the hotel and mixed-use development process.

Collectively, our staff has more than 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry as well as relationships with key constituencies - brands, operators, architects, contractors and financers - that allow us to bring a streamlined, comprehensive approach to all of our projects.

  • Feasibility and Economic Analysis

    We analyze all aspects of a potential development to determine the project’s feasibility, including market demographics, site maximization, competitive landscape and economic potential.

  • Operator Determination

    We work to determine the optimal brand types for a development site, as well as negotiate with potential brands to create the most favorable deal structure for our clients.

  • Financing

    Juno takes the lead in financing mixed-use and hospitality developments through a detailed understanding of the economic parameters of the industry. We combine our extensive knowledge of return thresholds, timing and structure with our strong relationships and reputation within the investment community to add significant value to our projects.

  • Program Determination

    Juno works with property owners to determine the optimal, most cost-efficient program to maximize each site’s space by considering views, FAR, room type mix, conference and banquet spaces, restaurant spaces, proper circulation, back of house and operator specific uses.

  • Construction Development Oversight

    Juno provides oversight through the construction development process, from the initial concept through completion. We manage the RFP process and selection of a general contractor, secure all construction plans and permits, develop project budgets and timelines, supervise the general contractor and coordinate the project’s construction through completion.

  • Pre-Opening

    Our team works closely with the property’s management company and staff to ensure an effective and efficient opening by coordinating the final walk through with contractors, interviewing key employees, reviewing marketing materials and initial positioning strategy, doing FF&E and OS&E procurement and installing and testing information systems.

  • Design Development Oversight

    We guide our clients through the design process, helping them select design and consultant teams, architects and interior designers. We work with these professionals throughout the design process to ensure that all elements of the project are properly incorporated. In addition, we act as the interface between the design team and the brand to guarantee communication and budget adherence.

  • Asset Management/Other

    After the project’s completion, Juno will continue to oversee its performance and operation under an asset management agreement. We provide strategic planning and work closely with the property operators on budgeting, hiring, marketing, maintenance, reporting and decision making.
