Pittsburgh Airport Sheraton
Juno rebranded and refreshed the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport while saving millions of dollars in the process.
Juno lead the rebranding of the Pittsburgh Airport Sheraton to transition it from a hotel primarily serving airline crew members to a more upscale lodging for corporate and leisure travelers.
The rebranding incorporated the Sheraton hallmark “Link” design throughout and enhanced the hotel’s functionality by relocating the meeting spaces to the ground floor, increasing the room count by 4 percent and increasing the fitness facility space by 100 percent.
Exterior changes included refreshing the building’s facade and the unique presentation of Sheraton’s signage to improve the hotel’s visibility from the airport. All renovations were completed while the hotel remained open. In addition, we managed the required mold remediation throughout the building and MEP retrofit on the ground floor.
Juno’s negotiation of brand requirement waivers saved the project several million dollars in potential cost.
